Our big mission
“Your voice has power. When you use it with confidence, the world listens.”
Clear, confident communication is essential for success, yet many people hold back, unsure of how to express themselves fully. Whether it’s at work, in social situations, or even in personal conversations, a lack of confidence can keep potential untapped, ideas unexplored, and growth stunted.
At GlobalVaani, we’re changing that. We believe everyone has the ability to communicate with impact. Our mission is to help individuals find their voice and speak with confidence—no matter the setting. Through our tailored training programs, we empower people to break through barriers, express their ideas fearlessly, and lead with purpose. We are proud to support individuals on their journey to unlocking their potential and making their voices heard.
Every conversation is a chance to shine—let us help you seize it.
But our work doesn’t stop at professional development. We’re also deeply committed to giving back to the community through our GlobalVaani Foundation. Our foundation focuses on the holistic welfare of senior citizens, ensuring they lead fulfilling, healthy, and meaningful lives. From wellness programs to support and companionship initiatives, we’re here to make sure our elders are cared for and valued.
Our Founder
Hi I am Neha Gupta, the founder of GlobalVaani, Public Speaker, a Certified Trainer with over 10 years of experience in communication skills and public speaking training, ex-Software Engineer.
I have had a tough childhood, it kept me in my shell and I grew up as a silent kid. My professional journey began as a software engineer, where I realized how essential communication skills are for personal and professional growth. This realization fueled my passion for helping others articulate their thoughts with clarity and confidence.
Through GlobalVaani Foundation, I strive to create a sense of belonging and togetherness for senior citizens.
The difficulties I endured in life and the good Samaritans I met along the way who lifted me up, inspired me to do my bit to make the world a better place.
After observing my neighborhood closely during covid-19, the idea of this foundation came into my mind. I realized how important it is to create a supportive environment as people are increasingly getting lonelier specially senior citizens.
Academically, I hold master’s degrees- Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and Master of Arts (Psychology).
